I practice Tai Chi because I enjoy how I feel about myself when I do, I like the company of people who share the practice, and I am looking for something - I am not sure what - which I sense I am getting closer to as the years go by. I was introduced to Tai Chi by accident , and I learned about the Ecole de la Voie Interieure a few years later in the same way, and I have been teaching new students in London since 2004. I teach groups and individuals, and each lesson is an opportunity for me to learn something new about my practice, and I am immensely grateful to each of my students for the effort they put in for themselves and what they teach me in return - Russel King
