Increasing Energy

Our lifestyle choices affect our energy levels. A balance of work, rest, healthy diet and exercise is often cited as essential to healthy living. While this is correct, the question of where our vital energy actually comes from still remains largely unanswered. Chinese culture however, provides an understanding in how we can generate, sustain and develop our energy. This is what 'l'art du chi' teaches. Our approach is based on effective breathing and use of our bodies to maintain balance and calm at all times. Over time, students experience an increase in their energy levels both within and after classes.
