Laurent Haquin is the director of l'art du chi scotland. Laurent has a tremendous depth of knowledge of Tai Chi and other martial art and is a senior teacher (Professeur Delegue) of the international Inner Way School, of which l'art du chi scotland is part.
Laurent has taught Tai Chi since 1991, working mainly in Scotland and his native France. He is a registered teacher with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain (TCUGB) and a qualified instructor of the European Qi Gong Federation (FEQGDA).
Laurent teaches most classes himself, and is assisted by several trainee teachers (Promoncas), who are all themselves long term l'art du chi scotland students.
Current Scottish Promoncas include:
Anne Claire Nussillard, Douglas Walker, Ellen Kelly, Moira Shearman, and Nicola Fryer.
