l'art du chi scotland is part of the International Inner Way School. The School is based in Provence and was founded in 1988 by Vlady Stenanovitch, a Master of Chi. Vlady developed an innovative method of teaching that transmits the essence of the traditional arts of Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong. The school now has over 300 teachers and more than 5000 students in 17 countries.
