Welcome to l'art du chi,
'l'art du chi' is the result of 30 years experience in Taji and Qigong. More recently, Physiotherapy and Sport Massage have added to the therapeutic dimension of the work offered. Over the years, Laurent's interest in movement for health has led to a growing involvement in the field of healthcare. Thus l'art du chi aim to integrate knowledge pertaining to the Eastern dimension of mindful practices with Western therapeutic knoweldge. Such approach may be useful in the areas of prevention, rehabilitation and /or maintenance of health and well being; equally, it may appeal to practityioners who have a deep interest in embodied spirituality and 'movement'.
